Wait for cold or Flu

If I could offer advice to anyone trying to quit it would be to wait until you have a cold or the flu and you don’t crave nicotine as powerfully as you normally would. Also, it helps a lot if you have something in your life that is more important to you than the next cigarette. My daughter is the only thing I have to show for a misspent life. By way of comparison, cigarettes were just a passing phase.
