Formula: Combine 1 part lovage root, 2 parts bearberry leaves, 1 part parsley seed. In microwave safe container, boil 1 cup water containing 2 teaspoons of this mixture. Consume 1/4 cup of mixture twice a day until symptoms are no longer present.

#3 Bran Bath for Relief of Skin Irritations

Ingredients: Rye bran, wheat bran

Formula: Place 1/2 pound of both brans in 1 quart of cold water. Boil briefly; do not boil for a prolonged length of time. Remove from heat and allow mixture to steep for 5 minutes while covered; strain out solids. Add the mixture to bath water and try to maintain a bath temperature of 93-96 degrees Fahrenheit. Soak in the bath to relieve dry and irritated skin.
